Last Saturday (21/12) I visited my friend, Rie at her house. I miss the time we chit chat together. First, I finished couple of my works at office in that Saturday morning. And it was done at eleven o'clock. Finally I reached Rie's house at twelve o'clock. I was served by many kind of snacks and we talk about our works. At 2 pm, Rie feel so hungry, and asked me to start cooking. Actually, I have planned the cooking matter before. I want to make Omurice there. I know that food from Korean drama called "Rooftop Prince". That drama was played by the cheerful and handsome guy, Micky (ex boyband member of DBSK). I just reminded about that food when I am just googling around. And from the searching. I know that making Omurice is very simple.
Actually Omurice is just fried rice rolled by fried egg. Omurice is shortened from "omelette" and "rice". So, making the omurice is very easy. We just cooked the rice and make the fried egg. When the fried egg almost cooked, put the rice and roll the egg quickly while it still on the frying pan. After finished, you can add the tomato sauce and put some garnish on it.
And wualaaa... This is it! Omurice ala chef Rie and Nita. Thanks Rie for having me and let me cook in your house. ^^
