And wualaaaa, frozen bananas covered in chocolate pun
siap untuk dihidangkan.. ^^
Bahan-bahan telah siap
Finish and ready to eat..!!

After I put the banana into the fridge, I got a shower then had a dinner. After about 2 hours, I start with the chocolate stuff. I melt the chocolate into kind of boiler, double it with a small pan. After the chocolate perfectly melt, I put the frozen banana out of the fridge. Quickly, I coat the banana with the hot chocolate. It had to be done quickly, because if the chocolate stays too long, it will harden again and makes the banana hard to be coated. And as another tip, when you are coating the banana, don’t put the banana straight into the pan of your chocolate. It can make the whole chocolate get freeze and you can't use it for coating the rest of the bananas. So, just coat it using a spoon! ^^ *personal experience. After you finish coating all part of the banana, as the last thing to do is go with the topping. Spread some crushed nuts on the banana. And wualaaa,, the frozen bananas covered in chocolate is ready to eat now!!

Inspired by a posting in my favorite blog (click here), I get an idea to have an experiment for recreating the frozen banana. That enthralling look and the simple way to make, moves my feet to step into a supermarket after work, to buy some ingredients. I take the compound dark chocolate, bananas, and a pack of original flavor nuts with brand “Iyes”, which is will be used as the topping. Right after I get home, I peel the bananas and put it into the fridge. This is part of the trick guys. So when the frozen banana is coated with the chocolate, the chocolate will harden and frozen too. Like the chocolate ice cream. This tips I got from that blog also. Besides, I also get that situation when I bought chocolate ice cream cone at Mc Donald. I see that the melted chocolate freeze quickly when it makes contact with the ice. Then I got the enlightenment that the frozen surface of the thing is the key to makes the chocolate harden.
